Support:

Whole Food Plant- Based (WFPB) Lifestyle:

www.meetup.com

Find a MeetUp Support Group for WFPB people. It will help you get to know other people with a similar interest. Many of these groups schedule regular potlucks, restaurant nights, and trips to market as a way of understanding and negotiate living as a Plant- Based individual. Go to MeetUp.com and type  Plant Based or WFPB into the search box.

This valley group hosts activities, and this website for “all- comers”. You will discover that most of the valley vegans are not WFPB. Many post pictures of, and even advocate for meat ‘substitutes’.  Many eat white bread and white pasta, as well as foods fortified with pressed oils. Often, sugary desserts and drinks are described or pictured on this site. Our job is not to judge others’ conduct. There is a growing contingent of us whose goal is both animal friendly and health focused. This can be best achieved on our WFPB nutritional program.
